Yay for CA making up their budget deficit, it has to happen someway! Honestly though, it seems like every other car has a driver holding a cell phone to their ears or running a red light or coasting through a stop sign and yet I have yet to see any of them pulled over. Then again, I can see why when cops do the same thing during non emergency situations where they are to be abiding by all the same traffic laws.

They(police)get lazy, the cities are missing out on a lot of revenue! Also, many departments only have a few officers are trained and certified to use radar! "Calif Highway Patrol doesn't have that problem though"!
