Where you go to enter a game in the xmb menu scroll up to saved date utility. Enter that, find gt5 and erase it. There may be more than one file, just erase them all.

The new test course is pretty cool. Now you can time your 0-60 and 0-100. Also 1/4 mile and mile plus top speed (max) and max g-forces. Its and 18 mile long oval! The Lambo Aventador (did I spell that right?) and the Aston v12 Vantage are pretty nice. The Leaf, Bug and Mini (another dlc Mini, really?) not so nice.

Last racing game i played was most wanted on the xbox 180..aka just xbox

I'm worried though because the only option is the controller for a while. due to quitting my job and "bettering myself" with higher education. the side effect of which is being broke. is it bad with the joysticks?

I wouldnt know, I have only played GT5 on my steering wheel setup. After playing racing games on my wheel I refuse to ever play w a controller again. I know plenty of people that play on the sticks though so it cant be too bad. Its a great game, pick it up, you will love it.

GT5 is perfectly fine with the DS3 controller, that's how I played Gran Turismo for the past 12 years. However, if you find yourself a die-hard racing fan then I highly suggest you get a wheel like the Logitech G27.

If you just going to be a casual player then there is no need to spend the money for a wheel.

But for me there is no other way to play Gran Turismo.

Yeah I play a lot of the seasonal ones too. though I'm still slowly making progress in aspec and even slower progress in b spec

im at 40 on B spec so im done with that...but ive hit the wall on A spec at 36 im not doing the long *** endurances so unless some high XP payout seasonals pop up im gonna be stuck for a while

wow how you do that...I just can't get the hang of BSpec my drivers all stink they never try to pass a car even though that's what I tell them and brake way to early into the turns. In a similar race I may be in 3rd place by the first turn and they will still be dead last because they let off throttle when somebody goes in front of them.

A spec I think I'm around 30. That I have had success with but will not be doing endurance. I just don't have the time to waste. I wish endurance would let you save the game in a pitstop and turn it off. Then resume from the pitstop later.

Im hoping for a new car pack soon. Im down to buying the dumbest cars and tuning them.

the first 0-20 XP level is just tedious and horrible but just let it play out over and over and over and soon enough you will start leveling up then you will reach levels where you can use way over powered cars... like actually in most of the endurance and some expert races you can just use the redbull X2010 car lol... thats what i did but it sucked having to do the 9 12 and 24 hour races over and over to level up... i thought i was gonna fry my PS3 leaving it on for like days at a time...

and its really not worth it i just did it because my OCD kicked in and i wanted to complete it out of spite for the game mostly

maybe I'll cough up the money and send it to sony hoping they can fix it (not send me a 120gb)
