Actually my jet doesn't have an ejection method. We used to be able to bail out (which is jumping out with a parachute instead of being ejected via rocket boosted seat) but the Air Force has recently become EXTREMELY anal with weight savings for better fuel conservation (SEE lighter is better... the AF says so!) to the point where they decided to remove the parachutes
