Woke up to a none work house A/C this morning. Went out and took the cover off the compressor. Couple of quick checks. Shot a 6in. spark out the contactor. Looked at the contacts. Toast. Had to go get a new one. Back up and running thank goodness. Called A/C folks, they haven't even called me back yet. I fixed it faster than they could call me to make an appointment. Figures.

Loved going down there. We were there 5 years straight until covid hit. Then the owners of Fontana changed management and screwed everyone over who had reservations. And then Brian decided to change location.

Due to the water restrictions in place and from me being lazy to drive to a manual car wash, I stumbled upon a battery-powered pressure washer that can use water fed from a bucket. Didn't have high expectations for it, but will say this thing puts out more power than I had thought (some of the nozzle spray modes actually sting my hand) and does well for what it is.

It was fun. I normally only take work vacations where I work at the house. Zdayz was the only real vacation I ever had in over 30 yrs. I was there for the Tail of the Dragon.
