My son in law who works for Rider trucks as a shop manager. Was telling me that all new semi's are limited to 55 mph, unless you order it with a higher speed limit. Once the semi is ordered. You can not change the speed limit on it.

Wouldn't they be impeding traffic even in the slow lane of the highways?
