It's that time of year where I see new faces at the gym, only for most of them to quit by the end of January.

PSA's:

1. If you are going to give up, then don't join the gym at all in the first place.
2. If you are taking up a station, and you are gone for more than 5 minutes, I'm kicking your sh!t off and taking over. Go cry to the staff.
3. Don't grunt for attention. No one gives a sh!t about you/what you're doing.
4. Know your limit and don't stack too much weight only for you to slam the weights down (assuming you can even lift it in the 1st place).
5. If you're too busy taking selfies in front of the mirror instead of working out and I am within your camera range, expect for me to provide the middle finger.
6. Stop looking at the mirror. You are NOT hot sh!t and no one gives a sh!t about you. If you use the mirror as an excuse to look at your form, then you are trying to lift too much weight (again, know your limits).
7. Wipe down after use. No one wants your @$$ cheek fluids on their clothes.
8. If I'm using a station, don't ask me how long I will be. If you do, I will purposely take longer by adding more reps/sets with increased rest times. I will be done when I am done.
9. If you are the type that smells like @$$ when sweating, don't bring that stench into the gym. Go wear extra deodorant, take a shower, go see an exorcist, do something, but no one wants to smell you.
