That’s the main difference between Conservatives and Liberals. Conservatives don’t like something, they don’t buy it and move on. Liberals don’t like something, NO ONE is allowed to buy it and it must be destroyed. I have to admit though that the funniest part of the Bud Light saga was when they tried (way too late) to win back their core customers, they pissed off the <1% of the people they were trying to win over. So now everybody hates them! :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2: That campaign and that woke marketing director will go down in history as what NOT to do…. Piss off your loyal customers to chase rainbows. Go woke, go broke! Signed: A Fratty, out of touch beer drinker. |

Y’all just can’t help yourselves can you?
So I’m gone for a few days, miss the second coming of AK who tells everyone to stop posting pwr (politics, war, religion), and stop insulting fellow members and not a goddamn thing changes.
Is it really so hard to just have a lighthearted convo? News flash: the end of the world most likely isn’t coming. Bad sh1t’s been happening for as long as we’ve been around. Most of it is beyond our control. The media makes everyday seem like doomsday bc that’s how they make $$. Oh, and I’m sick and tired of the snide insulting remarks being thrown around here towards fellow members. Y’all sound like a bunch of middle school kids. If you don’t like someone, just don’t talk to them. |

"Gov. Newsom declares state of emergency for southern California ahead of historic Hurricane Hilary." SOE for a Cat. 2 hurricane? That's cute, but let's not be so dramatic. FL gets Cat. 4/5 hurricanes and we are good. |

PSA to those that go to the gym:
1. Get the F*CK off your phone. No one gives a sh!t about your convo nor your desire to make tic tak toe vids. You're just taking up space and in my way. 2. Wipe the sh!t down when you're done. No one wants to absorb your @$$cheek fluids on their clothes. 3. Stop grunting and STFU. No one gives a sh!t about what you're doing and there is a good chance you are lifting way more than you can/should if you are grunting. 4. Slamming weights. If you need to slam weights, you are lifting way out of your league and most likely with very bad form. 5. If you are too busy taking selfies, be prepared for @$$holes like me to invite myself into your pic with the middle-finger salute. 6. There are a million tread mills. If I'm on one, don't come to the one directly next to me when there are others open. 7. For those with bad BO, bathe, wear deodorant, go see an exorcist, do something. No one wants to smell you while working out. 8. If I'm on a station, don't ask me how long it will be and then wait on me. I will take as much time as I want and will purposely take longer if you stand around. Go find other sh!t to workout on. 9. Leaving your water bottle/towel/etc. to hold a station doesn't work and be prepared to have your sh!t kicked out of the way. |
Reps have been delivered. :tiphat:

"As mortgage rates soar over 7%, an unaffordable housing market is becoming even more expensive" Once again, media delivering false news. "Mortgage rates over 7%" is very affordable when putting into perspective rates of previous decades (when they were in the double digits) AND incomes were significantly lower. As I have said before, if a potential home buyer is relying on lowered rates just to qualify, they are NOT true qualified home buyers. Also, mortgage rates now isn't the issue. In addition to a severe shortage of homes, there is also the property taxes AND insurance aspect to think about. In FL, most insurance companies are fleeing the state, thus increasing premiums for the few companies left willing to underwrite in FL. For property taxes, each time ownership changes, this is when the county/city reassesses the home value, thereby increasing your tax liability. |
