So after about 12 emails, I got an update from carfax. They actually updated the report and the old report with front and rear damage with airbag deployment, is getting

So after about 12 emails, I got an update from carfax. They actually updated the report and the old report with front and rear damage with airbag deployment, is getting removed.
The left pic is what it will be updated with. So just cosmetic damage. I will say, it took a lot of pushing, on my end, to get carfax to contact the police department and get all the proper information. You really have to stay on their ***. Ill give the rep credit though, they did continue to keep me updated and give me all the info, as it came in. Though they gave me plenty of chances to just give up and think they wouldnt help any further.
