You never drive above 70% of your skill on the road. You always leave something in reserve for the unexpected. Especially when you are young and dumb. I told this to one guy yesterday. I'm telling you now. You start out in life with 2 buckets. The first one is full of luck. The other bucket is empty of experience. You HOPE that when the bucket of luck is empty. The bucket of experience is full. If not. Someone will be going to your funeral.

Get your kicks on the track. Sign up for trackdays. Think your fast on the street? You will be surprised on how slow you are on the track. Nothing like being passed going into a corner by a Miata with a 150hp. Once you do a trackday. You will get hooked on doing them.
