I'd keep the paperwork done in black ink, just in case the dirtbag says 'I want it in black' when you give him the blue. If the form doesn't specify, then ink color is arbitrary. I hate pogues.....

At the power plant. We had to do everything in blue ink. The reason behind it was that you could tell the original from a copy.
