FWIW, I exclusively use my 7mm Mag for whitetail here. No matter the range its hitting them hard.

The generic **** is around, but nothing good. Ammo ain’t anywhere to be seen unless you have some odd caliper

thats a nice one but with my woods i was looking at a leopold 2x10 scope. some shots end up being close and rather have a lower mag to start with vs being super zoomed.

I leave it zoomed out most the time but nice to have it if I need to dial in on a couple hundred yard shot.

The best thing about it is the illuminated reticle. Been multiple shots I would have been able to take without it.
