Have Seb run a compression test to make sure you don't have a slightly bent rod. If one cylinder is down, that's your issue.

After talking to someone else that has become a sc expert, he thinks I'm over spinning the blower and taking it out of it's efficiency range. That makes even more sense. Blowing hot air at 19psi. I am no SC guy, that is for sure.
