We dont charge departments for servicing our equipment. But in the ticket I had to respond that I will waive the $10,000 charge, this time. Next time the fee will be imposed and will require small, non-sequential bills. Instructions will be given for a drop off location.
Turns out the head of this department, a sitting board member did not find it as humorous as I did.
