While in the process of dropping the trans, I believe I found my never-to-be-sufficiently-damned rattle.

"Lost" the damn thing when I was replacing the hoses two years ago; put a new clamp on instead.

I have no idea how I'm going to deal with it, without draining the coolant and pulling the hose. Or pulling the header. There is precisely zero room to hold the clamp and put it on the end of the hose.

And given that it's right next to O2 sensor wiring and circling a coolant hardline, I have zero confidence in using the extended cable dremel thing that I have. Maybe if I had thin, wiry arms like Bill, but alas...

Bet I could toss it on my Mohawk & take care of it; though Trigger may not approve

With that selection of Gearwrench & Hazard F. Tools...you should be able to at least push it up & hold; while putting a small slit

piece of hose around the pipe....then bring the clamp back down around it

A big blob of silicone should keep things quiet until you can remove the clamp.

There's just so much fvuckedupedness here I can't even summarize it. But I'll try. Basically, the vaccination panel appointed by the gov't thinks nursing home residents and older folks are better off dying, because they feel the overriding point of their job is to remedy "health inequity."
