im 5'9" currently 140. I was 155 and nicely toned with good muscle mass but i got braces and it kept me from eating at all. I dropped 15 lbs

I was 155 and nicely toned with good muscle mass but i got braces and it kept me from eating at all. I dropped 15 lbs like a rock. I'm able to eat now so i'm getting back on training but I'm in the need to gain weight. I can't gain weight for the life of me.
