Hey Redondoaveb... I ended up ordering a 'blank' set of those fender turn signals as well... they should be here (NJ) shortly. Looks like we need to remove the old lens with a heat gun and then attach the new lens with some adhesive like loctite. When you put yours on I'd be interested in seeing how it looks... I'll post mine as well. Good luck with yours and hope it turns out nice!

I ordered a used set of lights to experiment with and tried the heat gun on one and just used a small screwdriver on the other. The one I used the heat gun on would not even come off and the more I tried to pry it off, it warped the outer edge of the housing because it was hot and easily warped. I think heat set the glue even more. The one without the heat basically just popped right off. So when I removed them on the set I planned on using, I used no heat. It did mar up the outer part of the housing a little bit but I was sanding and painting them gloss black anyway so I was able to sand it smooth.

I replaced all my led's with red ones too. I'm just going to use silicone sealant to seal them back up in case I need to re-open them. If mine by some chance show up tonight, I'll have them together tomorrow.

Yeah, they are but you can customize what you want. I designed the "nismo" one's that are going on my car. Of course since this was a one off set at the time, I didn't have to pay full price.

Well chit, I can't even drive my truck 10min before my knee lights me up. This is no fun. Waiting in line for an MRI to be scheduled.

JARblue 07-25-2020 11:27 PM

:hello:

Long day today. Disc was good. Drove the M3 to lunch. Then took the Lexus to pick up all the fluids and misc stuff I need for it plus some other errands. Buddy came over with his 3 kids for early dinner. Then dinner with friends. Cleaning up the garage to make room for the M3. Tomorrow morning put it on jack stands and start the work - coolant, engine oil flushes plus front rotors and pads plus RTABs to be done.

JARblue 07-25-2020 11:46 PM

Now I'm trying to decide whether to go fishing or work on the M3 in the morning :icon08:
First world problems

Tomorrow have lunch with friends and then co-hosting a baby shower (outdoors) in the evening with them. Should be a good day regardless :D

JARblue 07-25-2020 11:48 PM

I'm trying to get some photos of me with a mohawk back in the day as a kid. I am curious to know what an anal mohawk is though. I figured the butt crack was basically an anal mohawk?

JARblue 07-25-2020 11:50 PM

The pleas to trips in the tags never work :(

JARblue 07-25-2020 11:51 PM

Everyone have a wonderful Sunday :hello:

Hola itcheZ. ******* demon puppy started rattling the baby gate that guards the bedroom/office hallway from her early AM "presents" and whimpering for food at 530am. Walked out, looked @ her, and poured a nalgene of water on her and the other ***-dog.
