Fair enough. What I know for sure is she came to us underweight, a bit sick, and with unclipped nails, all of which show a certain amount of neglect. I'm prepared to reduce the sock full of nickels to a bar of soap, should further evidence arise

Long nails also a sign of not enough excersize. We dont cliip Peppers nails, but she gets to go out alot and her nails are naturally trimmed. Except for her dew claws, we have to trim those.

Replace that bar of soap with a left over brick from Bonez' project.
