Good Hand Washing Sunday Morning All. Under the circumstances hope you all are having a good weekend. Yesterday my wife and I got out of the house and went on a long walk. We even walked of to Jarblue's house and said hi and visited for awhile. Being Sunday, that means tonight is Steak Night. :yum: Weather today is looks like the high is going to be around 88* with a 50% chance of rain. Anyway hope you all have a great Sunday. Stay Safe, Stay Positive and Keep Washing those Hands!!

Little over halfway installing plywood on roof, not counting the overhangs....wonder if I should cover anything up before rain this evening & just let it roll :ugh2:
Any reputable answers will be appreciated, as I can completely tie in what I’ve done & tarp over or try & finish getting wood down

Not certain if any of my answers are ever reputable, but I would certainly try to keep the roof dry until you get it done and have felt stapled to it.

Tarp it if practical. 1 rainfall probably won't hurt anything but better to keep it dry.

Oatmeal, banana & naproxen down, gonna meditate a bit & look around outside in about 1/2 hour :wtf2:

Those are larger and heavier than the old M28 batteries:icon17: That line spoiled milwaukee cordless tools for me. It's probably great for larger tools like leaf blower and chainsaw but it's like a boat anchor on a drill:rofl2:

Just get the wood down, a little rain won't hurt it

It's really not that big of a deal. If osb couldn't take a couple rains before getting dried in building anything would be a nightmare. It takes a lot of exposure to do any damage. Now if you went and bought CDx like a knucklehead get it covered. That stuff will delaminate if it gets coffee spilled on it.

do you get a discount... $220 is a lot just for one battery, but that fvcker will last 12 hours. thats a beast.

Woah!! $220 for a battery?!? What battery? :icon14:

Even the 9Ah battery is only $159 with a charger - I bought it with the cordless shopvac kit for $179.

The 3Ah batteries came in a kit of 2 batteries and a charger for $149 - I got the deal that included a free Octane bare tool.

That would fall under the category of user error. Lol give me a little more credit than that. I actually own pretty much only impact sockets now. Have a set of 12 pt deep 3/8 drive chrome sockets and several trashed HF chrome socket sets with random missing sockets that have broken over the years.

Found some speaker wire and decided to hook up a couple speakers in garage to radio. I haven’t listened to regular radio in years. What a steaming pile of crap that is lol

I would. If you are fortunate enough to still have an income and can afford to, then do your part to support the economy and small business where you can.

We’ve always been good tippers, but we go overboard now. If we order something that used to warrant a $10-15 tip, we are doing $20-25 now. We are also just ordering from our local places so we know we are supporting our community and people that need it now more than ever.

In normal circumstances, I recommend a minimum 10% tip for pick up and delivery orders. You might consider increasing that based on your ability due to this corona mess.

Having worked in the service industry in the past, I am very generous customer even before all this mess. Places that I know and like, especially the staff, I generally start at a 30% tip, whether I'm dining in or picking up. Pick up and delivery orders from new places I'm trying out generally get a 20% tip.
