I fvcking hate Murphy. Be my luck. I go to shoot Murphy, and the gun will blow up in my hand. :shakes head:

I have much compassion for him. I lost my dad the beginning of my senior year in high school. My mom is 86 and if she needed me everything else would no longer be a priority until she was well on passed onto the otherside!

Same here...I always have plan B. Nobody likes getting screwed. If you don't like the risk then don't play!

My Plan B is to never have a Plan A. That way nothing gets screwed up. Just go with the flow and what happens, happens :)

JARblue 04-17-2020 04:23 PM

It's kind like lowering your expectations so they are a lot easier to meet. Makes everyone's life better :icon17:

I hope it'll tastes a bit drier or stronger than typical rosè that most of the time it tastes like flavored water..

I just read that thread. Gave me the chills when he was mentioned a 12 hr drive while she was in ICU. Brought back memories of that day I got a call that my brother was in ICU and with Sepsis and the Nurses said to get a family member there ASAP!

Sepsis is what finally killed my dad last year. It was not a fun thing to deal with.

When we finally got to Az, the first thing the nurse said to me was "his body is shutting down. We are doing everything we can". Not fun at all.

Welp looks like I'll be furloughed for a few months here at my job. After 6/15 we are running a reduced staff till the end of the year, not sure which bucket I'll fall under. It will slowly be reduced month by month, then all employees will be back December. Depending on how Oregon unemployment is we may be able to do furloughed year round, meaning reducing work week to 1/3.
