Good Thursday Morning All. Have Health Fair this morning that means blood work so can't have any coffee until after.:wtf: This is going to be a fun morning. At least there is no rain today and we have a high of 55* and warming as we go into the weekend. So hope you all have a good one and be safe out there!!

Great ideas, but I don't have the skill set to take down the trees without destroying either garage, house, or both. The trees are on an angled hill behind my house. The pines are about 75-90 feet in height, the ash close to the same, to say nothing of the diameter of the ash. After watching the guys yesterday go about it, I think I could emulate their efforts with some practice, but I don't have a team of people waiting at the bottom with ropes to make sure the tree falls correctly.

Knowing your limitations is important. I write good quality documentation, and drive good policy and procedures; I'm a halfway decent carpenter and general contractor; I can turn the occasional wrench; I'll probably kill myself cutting down a tree.

Stuff happens. I knew moving into the property that tree maintenance would be a thing, but admittedly I didn't expect it all at once - kinda thought it'd trickle in over time ;)

Such is life brother. Still brings a smile to my face when I think about the good times. She was so gentle, kind and protective, especially with my nieces. ****, she used to let them use her as a step to get up in the couch and ride her like horse. Good dog.

Everyone needs a good dog
This is Ellie, we adopted her last year. She was severely abused and hurt really bad when she was rescued and expected to die. Her lip hangs down because she’s missing part of her lower jaw and has many scars on her from a dog fight.
She’s come along way and and just bounces around with happiness and excitement and has added sooo much to our daily lives ;)

Will do brother. I put my rottie down @ 11:45 Feb 13th 2006. Ain’t life weird that way. Came home from work and she was too weak to get up and go to the bathroom. She struggled over to the garage door to try and greet me like normal. Lost her bladder control right there on the rug. She was shaking so bad thinking she was in trouble for peeing in the house. Made the decision right then I was not coming home to seeing her that way again. One of the toughest days of my life. Came home and cracked open a beer to remember all the good times. Still miss that dog.

I feel ya...we are headed to the vet in about 10 minutes!

The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not "get over" the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same nor would you want to.

debating do i save some cash on Kumho PS91 for 715 a set, Pilot sport 4S for $1360, or maybe try the continental's for $1150.

got some time to pick still i guess. brightside i got a spare set of 285/325 sport cups 2's in the garage for when i wear the current set of on the the gtr.

We had both Cooper and Jake cremated. Their ashes are buried in the backyard. Before cremation. The vet took a plaster cast of a paw print with their name on it. So we have those to remember them by.

You guys ever have issues with paypal pending payments? Trying to buy a bumper of this guy, and amount just says pending. When I bought my stealthbox it cost about twice as much and it went through immediately. It's strange because I've never had a dispute on my account or anything. Was going to try to get in touch with paypal but wanted to see if you guys would know anything about this.

I believe that just means that the seller hasn't accepted the payment yet.

I have only seen this when someone was trying to pay by check through PayPal.

Credit card payments through PayPal always go through immediately
