Wasn’t too bad today, high in the mid 30s and mostly sunny. Thurs. it’s going down to about 4* at night and teens during the day

Yeah, it was dark and I did see the car, but at first couldnt see the damaged bumper....or shattered windshield...or the body laying behind the car.... crazy drivers here. This is the second fatality involving a pedestrian that Ive seen in 5 months.

On a good note to end the night, I was troubleshooting the P1606 code again after work. I found out that the wires that go to the VVEL relay was loose. The bottom of the relay box wasnt clipped in all the way and mustve allowed too much play in the harness. Snapped the bottom back in securely, tightened the relay box bracket. Code gone!

Loose plugs are a nightmare. You think it's one thing and it turns out to be something simple.

Thats the reason why the code wouldnt clear. And its not something thats obvious. At least now I know if it comes back again. Worst case is I replace the relay box. I was scared I wouldve had to replace the whole wire harness.

Good morning all! Dealing with some inept QA at Rockwell first thing this morning. I really hate when companies outsource their Quality Departments. It makes interactions very painful.

How's life here? EW, still pulling unrecognizable things from your rectum?
Spoiler still eating bacon? JC still watching black and white movies on TMC?
