Yup. This. Think about all the people you come into contact with, even if it's distant contact, on a daily basis. Every one is potentially exposing you or being exposed by you to the virus.

I don't have a gimp. I am the gimp.

One of our guys went home overseas after folks told him not to go back in February. He is now stuck overseas. Not sure where. Sucks to be him. It would have been better if he would have listened.

Definitely we are dealing with a silent ghost/ boogeyman killer virus you name it whatever you want.

You don’t see you don't feel until it gets you.

I might even have it...who knows.

Until voluntary testing is implemented

No test kit enough to test everyone

An antibody test will give much more accurate statistics

Brother went for testing. Apparently, none of the quick results tests are available in our area, so he won't know for 11-14 days whether or not he had the virus. By which time it'll be way too late to do anything else about it.

Weld up a 12ft diameter hula hoop for that manager guy and make him wear it. 6ft away from everyone at all times!

Why do users have to be a pain in the arse for the most trivial of things during these times.....

My daughter-in-law is a nurse practitioner with a health care company. She works in St Joe, MO. There is a positive case in St Joe that was seen at their facility and then she had a provider come out of a room where that person had been seeing a patient and rip off their PPE less than 6' from her.:eek: I think I would have gotten a very large stick and beat someone.

Needless to say, we are now banned from seeing any of the grandkids that live up north and south of us. :(

Going through our sales numbers for last week and earlier. Last week we was down 2%. The week earlier, we was up 25%. Last week was the first time we've been under.

Probably because of shortage of inventory?

I don't know yet. I do know that some warehouses are empty. And it's not just us. It's everyone.

My order from Home Depot is 3 items with 3 separate delivery dates

What really is confusing me is one of my orders from eBay. I have a single tracking number for 4 different items. One of the items says guaranteed delivery by Weds Apr 1 and the other 3 items say guaranteed delivery by Thurs Apr 2 :icon14:

Is Home Depot still doing Installations? I need to order a dryer.

JARblue 03-30-2020 03:38 PM

I'm sure they are. Dryer install is easy though. Why would you let them do the install? I'd be afraid of them mucking something up :eekdance:

JARblue 03-30-2020 03:51 PM

Damn!! My six flags stock is down almost 20% since last week. That's like $7 in losses

Good thing my cisco and shell stocks are up enough to cover the loss :icon17:

Good question. I don't know. It might be a local store policy on how they handle it.

I've had best success doing a quick fry in a saute pan with canola oil and then moving to the air fryer to finish. The canola will help cook the breading while the Panko absorbs most of the oil. The the air fryer acts as a convection and will crisp up the actual Panko from the oil imbued in it.

I just did a quick egg wash and dipped in panko. into preheated air fryer basket. It worked out really well. 400 for 10 minutes.

Leingod 03-30-2020 04:49 PM

Feeling lazy. Going to make some aglio e olio with some toasted breadcrumbs and scallops. Gotta fancy it up somehow.

Still crunchy and cooked through? I've noticed some breads tend to absorb the heat more and leave the center like warm.

yeah it wasnt a super thick coating. crumbs were toasted nice and fish was perfect all the way through and flaky. I used Pollock cause thats what I had on hand but I think any non too thick fillet would work well.
