I think I just made a new sauce for the world and it was absolutely astounding!!

Add coca cola to a sauce pan and turn heat to low. Add in some chunks of sliced ginger, cloves of garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and tarragon. Reduce until its syrupy. Drizzle it over a steak and omg.

Yup. I already made that decision. I'm not getting rid of my current Z and I'm not boosting it. I will buy another one where someone else has put in all the work and money. I will be smart about it. The kind of money you spend on your build is what I'm hoping to buy for. And then tweak as needed.

You don't want to spend what I did, You can get one lots cheaper.

Dr. Pepper and Orange pop both make amazing BBq sauces.

I'm sure I can get one for $10-15K if I wanted. But I don't. I don't know exactly what you spent, but I was thinking $25K+ would put me in a spot where I can get lots of background and know that it was done right.

I've done soda based BBQ sauced. This was closer to a syrupy glaze with a layer of oil added to it as well.
