Yesterday, I saw a FSBO home that got listed only 2 hours earlier on Zillow

The 11 month old house was perfect and exactly what we were planning on building anyhow...

We went right over and looked at it yesterday afternoon and then went back and cut a deal with them this morning...

Back of the house is all glass that completely slides fully open....

Here’s a shot out of the living room towards the back forty.... Nice sunset every night and occasionally some free golf balls...

Closing in 2 weeks...

(As the last 5 months were quite challenging, this is a great way to forget about all that chit...:icon17:)

I think it is a tie for me. I grew up listening to Bill Cosby. He was a funny guy and philanthropist. Nothing excuses their criminal behavior. There are no heroes...just people and we are all flawed!

Believe it or not I'm still alive. Work really starting to pick up here and will be for the next month and a half. My brake pads and fluid came in and I'm hoping to squeeze the job in this weekend or next.
