Money in the bank? lol that's rich...

Maybe if I were injured, that would be the route to go.

lol I'm not mad the car is totaled. I'm upset that I didn't get out from under it a year ago

I do have a lawyer. He told me paying him was a waste of my money.

I slept like a baby last night. We'll see how I feel before my follow-up appt on Thurs.

Goddamn amateurs need to stay home and leave it to us professionals.

Professionals @ the drinking part. Not the DUI part.

Don't forget: All that dog and human farting and 'waste' smells 10x worse when its hot and humid. Hope your apt can accommodate it.

I was a little sore that first night. That soreness is pretty much gone now. Want to make sure nothing rears its head in the next couple of days.

Driving to my brother's house in Phoenix to ring in the new year. We are leaving at noon thirty so hopefully we can dodge the amateurs.

I got rear ended three years ago today. Luckily I was in my truck. I went to the emergency room just because I had a little pain in my neck. Anyways the guy that hit me had Progressive as an insurance carrier. They paid for a new bumper, body damage and paint for the truck. They paid for my emergency room visit and about three months later I got a call for them saying they wanted to check on me and see how I was doing. I said I am fine. The agent said good to hear that. A couple of weeks later I get another call and the agent said we would like to offer you $300 for your pain and suffering if that is okay with you. I was wtf! I said sure and took the money and ran. Case closed.

Option 1. Would run plywood along the side of the chest from the brace to the wall as well.

If moisture is an issue there in IL, I'd leave as is. :tiphat:

It's fair to say there will be a good amount of wetness when this panty-dropper of a garage is finished :nutswinger:

After speaking with another 5 reps, I finally spoke with someone at State Farm who was polite and honest. She increased the payout offer from 6000 to 6800. I'll take it!

Not so fast, Make it 8000 so that it will take care of anything in the future that may occur so that the both of us can put this behind us and close this case.
