Came home from work. Took wifey to see her Parkinson doctor. Shopping at Sam's Club. Then tried out a new Mexican Restaurant. Had 4 enchiladas. One beef, one chicken, one shredded beef, and one cheese. :yum: I got a full belly. :yum:

Those are good with left over turkey from thanksgiving. :yum: For me personally, its gotta be corned beef and if I have to, pastrami. :icon17:

I was never fond of Rueben's. Now if you are making kielbasa sandwiches with sweet sauerkraut. That's another story. :yum:

Now I'm thinking of making sauerkraut, pork roast, and kielbasa in a slow cooker, with mash potatoes. :yum:
