Gonna be getting back to work early; though I never lost my job title- 3 other people combined have been trying to do what I did for the past 18mos. (Almost)
 Knowing your guys & each ones capacity helps,,,seems that they couldn’t place the proper people on the jobs that they are best suited for  So a new Sheriff is back in town  I’ll probably be working roughly 7-4, but getting to work by 6:30’ish for the first few weeks ~ till the ship starts sailing smoothly again  Got a young gun on the 10-6:30 when shift, as with 3 small kids...this will actually give him more family time & he says it would take load off his wifey. Hopefully he won’t have to perform many solo afternoon road calls
