Just got a call from the new renter.
How do I turn on the windshield wipers? Told him how. Really! This guy is a truck driver. He delivers to my store. It's the same style switch as in his truck.  Freightliner chassis.

The bathroom floor is soaked, everything smells. 
The only thing that I can figure out is a FAT azz had thrown their self down hard on the toilet. (this was a family of 6 heavy set people) Causing things to shift. Put things back together. Clean the bathroom up. Then scrub the carpet outside the bathroom. It was soaked too. Damn people never told me it was leaking.
