When you planning on coming through? Not going to be home much of July. From the 9th to the 28th. We will be gone.

You're welcome at anytime, same with anyone else. We have a spare bedroom, and motorhome if it's not rented out.

I'd fly Southwest. Need to use up my points. Just need to make sure carrying on a couple of differentials won't be a problem.

My July is also pretty busy. August should work well.

A pelican case would work perfectly. IF I get down that way before you go, I'll bring a 1610 case. It should be big enough for a couple of diffs...

Or maybe I can send you one via UPS for you to use and return. Course, knowing how long it's taken you to install parts, it might be there for ever...

Colorado companies and weed and what is happening there. New hires for companies that can't pass a drug test. Employee's who have been with the company can't pass a random drug test. Employee's who get hurt on the job have get drug tested. A lot of people without jobs. This is what my 2 stepsons are telling me. Both are in management.

One of our field engineers just came from Denver. You left off that housing prices have skyrocketed along with the cost of living over the last several years due to the influx of people. Crazy stuff going on.

Stepsons 1and 2 both bought new houses in the last year. Both over 500,000. One said that if he sold today. He would walk away with 250,000 profit.

Yup, that is what this buyer guy told me too... He said homes are selling fast and for over the listing prices...

Brother in law is a housing inspector out there. Said the cheapest house he has looked in the last year was around 400,000. And that was a started home.

My best friends parents have a house in the Silicone Valley. Modest 4 bdrm, ~2k-3k sqft, 40 year old house...alot of their neighbors sold for 1mil+.
