I actually had a dream today where I had screwed up really bad. It was weird cause they said I had messed up a part and wanted me to rework it on the lathe. I dont run a lathe anymore :icon17: When I woke up I was upset i had messed something up and then realized it was a dream and felt relief. Opened my emails at work and first thing I see is "Please call me". Fuuuuuuuuuuck.

You want me to make that call for you? I have always had a certain knack for smoothing things out.

Got my house listed on Zillow and Trulia now as of today.. I have sold homes before, but never with a listing on the web...

A bit of scam going on through them... I list the home as “for sale by owner” but within 2 hours, I have 4 or 5 Real Estate brokers contact me and say that they have somebody that already wants my house and if I would agree to a 3% fee they will show my house for me...
