Where did this saying come from. Drag races. Were they called drag races because they would happen on the main drag of a town from stop light to stop light back in the early days. So a Drag Race was a race on the main drag (road) in a town? Jalaponick has an article about it and I think their answer is lame.

Finally nice non shitty rain weather here in Toronto. Went for a ride down 427 south. Honestly people can't drive for **** these days. Everyone is reluctant to turn their heads to check for their blind spots so they use their mirrors instead ignoring the "objects in mirror are closer than they appear". It's getting out of control, they just throw cars in front of you.

And screw the cement trucks too, and the dump trucks that come off constructions sites. How hard is it to pressure wash your damn truck before you leave the site or yard so stones don't go flying into windshields. I wish I had a gun, just shoot tires and get on with it. /rant.

Yeah they are fun little boogers...

Spoiler 06-06-2019 07:56 PM

There is about 300 fish under my dock. Maybe 4 or 5 nice bass, 3 or 4 bigger catfish and about 292 smaller fish. I feed them bread that I get from the day old bread store. $2 for a shopping cart full of junk out of date bread... The fish go crazy about three times a day when its chow time...
