Grabbed the instructions for the little LED flush mount lights. Looked at the schematic and it shows 4.96" dia. on the body. Perfect, I'll router a 5" hole and it'll fit nice. Light falls through the hole

they inched it in the directions, hole needs to be 3.96" dia. Good thing it was only in a test board.

Never trust any instructions that come with anything construction related. At best there are only minor errors. Worst case the great room walls are 4' higher than the roof line, the laundry door hits the washer, none of the trim fits, closet bathroom door hits the shitter and the stairs don't fit.
