Check the bushing and bore for burrs since you removed it. A burr will hang you up faster then chit. Also recoat the bore with anti-sieze. Next time when you are installing the bushing. You think 1/8" from being flush is good? I just stripped the threads on my bolt and/or nut. As soon as I get the bolt out I'm done..lol
Also what order does the top hat on the front bushings go? Diff - rubber -metal tophat? Or diff- metal top hat- rubber? Or..?

I cant get the bushing flush with the subframe. I have about 1/8" or so sticking out from the rear. I have the SPL solid bushing, so I hope thatll be ok :ughdance:

I didnt see how the rubber and top hat goes on the front bushings... been looking around and I THINK it goes (from bottom to top) bolt, washer, rubber, diff, top hat, subframe.

I’m pretty sure bolt goes through washer supplied in kit & then through the 2 bushings sandwiched on the ears & in hole.....toss oem top washer :ugh2:

I broke 3x 1/2" bolts already..lol
I drill sanded the subframe and applied liberal amounts of lithium grease.:icon14:

SPL didnt come with washers. Just solid af bushings..lol

So my dumb moment of the day was completely forgetting about the little oil hatch on the undershroud I got last year from Madwi. Made that oil change way simpler than having to remove the whole shroud like I normally do. Hahaha
