Anybody know what to do with crushing Anxiety?

Short daylight days will bring this on in people who have any kinda depression- for sure see dr asap...feel free to message me anytime; as I too take meds for anxiety & depression.
Some meds take longer than others to work,,,but others have made some good comments on things to do.
Make small goals & accomplish them,,,then increase gradually.

Hey all,

This anxiety stuff is crap. I mean, we all worry about stuff... but this is dumb. Visited the doc, changed some chemistry, and doing slightly better.

I appreciate anyone who has commented.
