My new jacket is soooo warm though.

On a side note, I only do sirloins and top rounds for about 2 hours at 132f.

I’ve gone as many as 6 hours on a steak. I have yet to find a length of time where it doesn’t get better, but I agree 2 hrs is probably plenty unless it’s a really thick cut.

Hey Zoren, as of now they are closed. They sold both of the cars to CORE Auto sports. A lot of the guys that I know are now on there team as well, so I always will have a inside of what is going on. I do know that Scott Sharp with the help of Ed Brown are still looking for sponsorships for ESM. So anything can happen. I do hope that they are able to get back in the Game.
