Trimming the fujimura bumper to fit with the intercooler. Looks like most of the center part has to be cut back to the mesh.

its not bad at all really. The cutoff wheel cuts through it like butter.

I had to trim the stock bumper to fit the intercooler. Amazing what a dremel will do.

Looks like the kinda job that makes your butt suck up your draws a little as your cutting.

Ended up just using painters tape and cutting along the line. pretty easy job. :tup:

I used to have a bunch of gauge sensors until my Greddy Mutli-gauge LCD stopped working. Analog gauge for boost still works and i can hear the gauge cycle when I change the setting with the remote, but the LCD doesn’t show contrast anymore. Really sucks since monitoring all that **** any other way requires a ton of gauges with no place to put them in the cab.

I have my low side set to 30, and the high side to 120.

So close. Im frozen and going to have to warm up for a bit before final fitting.

Im trying to get it all done. All the wiring is done so its just exhaust, bumper and basic stuff to bolt back on. I'm more worried about snow in May lol.

Got back from the rv show. Somewhat disappointed. Wanted to see what's new in diesel class A motorhomes. They only had 3 of them there. :shakes head:
