Well................I don't have to go to work today. Just before I walked out of the door. My cell phone rings. It's the the one assistant managers. He says that they are over on hours and if I want to take the day off. :D They need to cut hours. Have too many people scheduled for the day. :ee:Dk: I said sure. I'll help out. Brad's going to be pissed. He has too everything himself now. :rofl2: Have a lot of trucks scheduled for today too. :rofl2:

I think it might be nap time.

Yeah, lay down then get back up after a few hours of sleep. And you feel worse then before you laid down. :shakes head:

Is it difficult to swap the AC/Volume knobs on the dash? When i rotate mine, they don't go up/down in single incriments. I can rotate the AC up 1 and it has a habit of going up or down a few clicks.

The tender is mainly for maintenance, since your battery is completely dead you'll need a charger to start the process

Yup. I need a tender anyway for future use so I can try it out first. Was thinking a charger could be good to have as well. So if the tender doesn't work I can get a charger and try it out. Battery might actually still be under warranty so I'll take it over to Advance Auto and check before shelling out for a new one.

It takes me about 5 hours to drive through PA when I make trips down south. Longer during the winter. Factor in some stops for fireworks and I push 6-7 hours.

JARblue 09-25-2018 09:28 AM

lol 5 hours is about the time to the nearest neighboring state border from central Texas. El Paso is about 10 hours. Panhandle is about 12 hours :ugh:

Yeah and it's not like there is a central point in PA for a good meetup. It's basically Philadelphia ----> The Great Wasteland ----> Pittsburgh.

No, in the middle. You have Kentucky. That's why it's called Pennsyltucky.

Summersville WV. on RT19. The speed trap capitol of WV. Where there is a cop behind every telephone pole.

You ever been there when they're jumping off the bridge? It's one lane on both sides.

Good points. State College is maybe 3 hours from me, Poconos is 2 - 3 depending on specific location.

PA lets us renew for either 1 year or 2 years. I believe Rusty is listing costs for a 1 year renewal.

bunk 09-25-2018 02:24 PM

They base the fee here on the value of the car... Its insane that my 2001 passport costs 4 times more than a Z thats 10 years newer to register. I guess the crooks in sacarmento need to fund their illegal alien pet projects somehow..
Ive read stories of people paying upwards of a 1000 dollars to register their SUV/Trucks...ugh.

That's what bureaucracy looks like unchecked.
