Come on over. I have axles and a diff cooler to install. To be truthful, a laundry list of other parts for my truck, 280z, and 1969 VW Beetle. I have no time. :( I have enough work to keep you busy for over a year. LOL

I got some work to do on the motorhome, which I don't feel like doing at the moment. Still have to install the rear stainless brake line on the PowerWagon. Got to trim some trees in the yard. Got to finish the retaining wall. All the vehicles need washed and waxed. Insides cleaned. I'm being lazy today. :D It's overcast, looking like rain. Which we will get tomorrow.

Bought a long 45* 2.5->2.25 dia. coupler. Might only need a short piece to connect everything up.

The kit will fit, but it is so close to everything. I was trying to reinvent the wheel really. Just seeing if I could get some additional clearance around the cmak fork end.

Shot -3 on 9 holes today. Too bad that's not very good for a 4 person scramble :icon17:

Golf tournament tomorrow

This morning I started new work on the Z lol. Couldn't help myself while the door panels are still out so I started wiring up new speakers for the Z (nothing fancy - just a nicer Polk component set I bought used years ago). Wasn't real pleased with the half-assed soldering job on the speaker connections so I took care of them properly. Will need to source some mounting screws for the custom speaker mounts that were included with the set.

Jwick’s car probably didn’t come with “Frank” in the kit.

Dang I’d love to come back for another week; as we’d relocate the air-filter as well.
Agreed about clearance;especially with lowered car & thick rubber!
But I know how meticulous you are about every detail & that’s the way I’m wired. Attention to detail makes Night/Day difference in the long run!

I’ve done 2 so far & didn’t cut either one,,,just pulled them out with “Large Hardware” ... I’d like to say the 2nd one was easier- but my DA left an important piece at home while packing. I don’t rule out making a cut in the future/ as either Nissan puts some kinda glue on outer shell or they slide the bushing in while paint is wet on cross member.
I’m gonna put together a setup that won’t fail,,,even though the cross member isn’t truly flat/ I’ll compensate for that.
Someone mentioned about “freezing” the new solid bushing before installation & probably would have helped for sure.
