After 5 years I got passed up for a title promotion. When do you leave a company because you aren't getting anywhere?

Ive been bumming all morning. I have a ton of things to do, but Im enjoying this down time. I need to get a haircut, change the oil on gf's car, get ready for my trip tomorrow, and clean up this pigsty that Ive created!

Everybody is replaceable, didn't you know. They may have to hire in 3 more people to take care of your workload but they don't care.

Yep, he and had the same exact setup other than he was tuned at near 650whp and me at 600. Seb actually tuned our cars on the same day. The only reason I didn't get who is he was Tony's customer and am Seb's lol. Ryan is an excellent driver and whipped up on a number of higher hp vehicles. He I and Hojin used to have a group text thing going.

Ended up getting Wendy’s.

Idk why but doing tire rotations at work makes me depressed. Like it just takes the wind out of my sails.

im in my usual cabin lol kinda crazy to think it'll be like my 6th year already. maybe 7th? cant remember.

just checked the stats of my one hockey league that i'm in and i'm impressed with myself lol

lowest goals allowed in the league with 1 empty netter, and 3 i purposely let in. 2 were when we were beating a team 11-1 going into the 3rd lol felt bad.

27 goals against in 9 game. little 3 GAA not bad.

hopefully next year i get rated 5/5 vs. 4.5/5 :stirthepot:
