Morning fellas!

Wrapped up the first round of prep work and tile in the bathroom last night around 10 pm. Floor is about 2/3rds done, fortunately it's a small room. I had a few tricky cuts to make but nothing too crazy. Big big upgrade from the original tile.

I was going to upload a pic but I think I left my cell phone in the car...

My spring broke a few years back. Got a new spring installed and the garage door opener failed when we tested the new spring

Bought a new Marantz opener (it's damn near silent) with a fully insulated door. Oh and the new door came with a new spring
