Spoiler/no spoiler?

Sport or Sport Touring?

I really want the bigger brakes & 19" wheels, so I guess that's the absolute. I'd really like to have a tail spoiler, just because. :P Since I'm going to be banned from driving it in the winter :bowrofl:, I really don't need butt warmers. :ugh2:

I would like to have XM, but I don't really need the Nav... (though the gf thinks I do.... :icon17::icon17:)

Here we go again...got to fire another nurse practitioner and demote one my front office supervisors.

Happy Thursday yo!

What is it with NPs? They all seem to drop like flies. Really high turnover rate.

For me, I really wanted a Sport Touring. The bigger brakes are great, I like the wheels, and having synchro rev matching is a big plus. I didn't need any of the touring features - but I wanted them :) mine did come with the nav package, which is eh. I like the rearview camera. In such a low visibility car, it comes in useful.

https://spdbydesign.com/product/sbd7...-2009-r35-gtr/

i did some digging and they dropped it by $500 last year for black friday/xmas sale so just gonna be wait and put a little cash aside for then.

i think im gonna buy a cobb tuner off a gtr forum guy at some point since the kit does not come with one.

also, still debating between cobb or ecutek and researching the differences.

I honestly didnt see the appeal to the rev matching, so i skipped over it and bought a base because you can just buy the brakes off RA for dirt cheap... Although the lack of even the crappy VLSD kinda sucks, but you just save for a more swaggy unit.

Haha I love the rev matching. I can heel toe, but I'm far from a master, and this helps a lot.

Wow. Alot of people here work in the Medical Industry (Myself, IanB, madwi, Hotrodz). Can you guys tell me what you do and for what type of facilty? I started contracting for an EMR company that was geared towards Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. From there I branched out and now contract for a Major Healthcare provider (IT), Medical Billing, and warehousing.

I work for a biomedical company. We build a device that teaches preemies how to suck. So I guess I work in the medical industry also...

Heres my view from rearview mirror with the top up. Its always an adventure pulling out of a parking spot...So many blind spots that are so big you can hide a municipal airport behind them (Doug Demuro quote..sorta). The rear windshield is the size of a standard squeegee

I am just a low level grunt, night shift IT guy. I watch netflix all night and shirk my duties often.

Spoken like a true IT guy!

madwi 08-09-2018 11:58 AM

Me: "IT, Madwi speaking."
co-worker: "Printer is broke"
Me: "Yank the big black cord out of the wall and plug back in after 5 minutes"
I mix in a touch of networking, a touch of data center a touch of desktop architecture in between netflix episodes.

Currently parting out a 300zx, and I made the mistake of putting the carpeting in my hatch for transit to work. Realized I had 0 rear visibility. Had to use my mirrors, which as we know are not exactly the best. I made it unscathed, but it was mildly harrowing.
