I like the more direct engagement. My shifts are a lot smoother with it.

FPenvy 08-15-2018 10:06 AM

thats like a unicorn bangin a leprechaun, bent over his pot of gold, while jesus is jerkin it in the background.

Got up early for meeting client at 10am and pt has not shown up. About to leave. Not bad, easy money for client not showing up.

Looks like an easy enough install. And I assume my current tune will suffice.

It's quite easy. Just remember that your existing plenum has gaskets at the throttle bodies and underneath - you'll need to remove those from your current plenum and transfer them to the z1 version. Otherwise, your car will start, rev high, and die, and you'll have to redo everything.

Don't ask me how I know ;)

No -- because the Redline 75/90 is likely the best gear oil available for the rear end.

Well -- and racecar...

Rep with honor.

What year is the Bug? My dad used have me and my brother help him restore bugs when we were kids. The first one we did was a 78 super beetle champagne edition. We never styled or raced them out. Just got them back to stock and looking new.
