Crazy day today. Family member passed out in middle of encounter and all hell broke lose family coming out wanting help and staff running into the room. A 20 minute encounter turned into an hour while all this was going on and resolved. Never a dull moment but everyone is ok.

I am. Just a bit let down that this place would rather just quickly attempt to replace me than try and get me to stay. Just further shows how and why everyone here has such low morale and utterly despises the workplace. For being "family oriented" and "employees first", they sure as hell don't even attempt to show it.

That doesn't surprise me one bit. I wouldn't worry about it. Be glad your almost done with them.

Yea. Always something better to look forward to. This can only benefit me in the long run. Healthier work/life balance, hopefully less stress, and that feeling of being cared for by people again.
