I'm here. Binge watched Lost in Space on Netflix until 5am this morning. Going to finish it up tonight.

We had monsoon rains here last night and this morning. Flash flood warnings are out for everywhere. We must of had 5" of rain. This keeps up. I hope Noah got a boat built again. If the water gets to me. We are all in trouble.

So how would you guys handle this? I signed paperwork last year stating I would receive a 9.67% increase to my salary upon completion of expectations set for the 2017 year. I just had my review just now. I was above my set expectations. I was given a 3.5% raise. I have specific documentation stating the 9.67%.

Was that agreement sign by the same person who did your review? Did you have that paperwork with you during the review? And showed it to them? Going about this is a fine line to keep from shooting yourself in the foot and your career.

Sorta. Both the Director and HR who signed the agreement are now gone. I had the paperwork during my review, yes. I have emailed it to everyone theoretically involved now.

Did you let your reviewer see the paperwork? If you did. What did they say?

You have brake ducts?

For the street/DD, it's great. When you start to get faster on the track. Yea you need better stuff. :driving: And you should be installing brake ducts too.

A little motivation for you. The tow truck will be sitting in the yard on the 10th day.

Neither cars had ducting.

Now in the Z im on Winmax BF and i had no fluid issues, however i warped the rotors so i need some ducting anyways.. even though i was hoping to i dunno.. take longer than 3 track days in the Z to start needing ducting / stiffer springs :crying:

BoneZ 04-16-2018 06:03 PM

Hey eDubZ... can I haZ your seat foamZ?

You just solved your problem.

The Z doesn't have a good air flow around the front brake, tire area to begin with. People have put the Z into walls the first time out on the track.

All damn year I didnt put the snow tires on the Fit and made it up the driveway every time. Yesterday the Fit made it 2/3 the way up and slid back down a ways. I am really surprised no one on 131 ate the concrete barriers this morning.
