How many Pullups can you do?

I'm old so I can easily do 4 sets of 1......2 on a good day. Supinated grip baby.

Never has a lot of upper body strength, but in Jr. High, I was the fastest kid in the school. I was like a cheetah, extremely fast off the line, but after about 100 yards, I started to tail off.

Now, I "pull-up" to the bar, dinner table and maybe soon, pulling up some adult diapers

Sorry for the delay. NPC Mid Florida Mens Physique Masters. Used to be easy but after my second show everybody that showed up was a beast in 40+. It's not enough to be aesthetic the conditioning is now at a NPC bodybuilding level. If you are'nt at least 6% you're fat. Then I got a point taken during my last win for lookin like a light heavy. 12 days and a wakeup and I'm on full keto for six more days , zero carbs all fat and protein .
