It doesnt bother me with the newer people asking questions that have been answered 1000 times, unless it is about what oil to use or something stupid, then I want to choke a mfer.

Just the stupid stuff. Asking if you own a sport model or base though sent me right over the edge. Im fine if people ask which fuse to pull for the lock issue or even how to remove panels. But dumb stuff like how to remove a tire or change air filters blow my mind. People spend 30k and are truly this dumb. I just can't tolerate stupidity any longer. If you can't do a Google search on what oil to use or watch a YouTube video on where to jack the car up, you don't deserve anything. If I was ever that lazy, I'd be lucky enough to be driving my old cobalt still.

It's even more fun working at an auto parts store. Holy crap, the stupid just rolls off of some people. What's scary is the uninformed are 'working' on their cars and occupying the same road space as us.

Then there's the other side of the coin of some of the workers at auto parts stores that are complete dill holes.
Went into one looking for a "Powerball" polisher and when I told the guy, he just laughed. Then I proceeded to walk back to the shelf and picked up, lo-and-behold, a Powerball.
I just looked at him and thought, "Suck it".

And the rest is, as they say, porn history.

I'll agree with that. I work at a parts store and some of the idiots that work at them.... holy crap...

Sometimes it's a tie between who is dumber... the customer or the idiot trying to sell him parts...

I use Wal-Mart oil. All oil is the same.

That is nice, I am happy you did not have to ask which oil to buy!
