I swear everyday I feel like I'm in a different mood. I try to just think about how fortunate I am in other regards, but some days work just really blows! No, I'm not depressed. I know several other people share my experience. Just curious to know how others may go about this "situation"

I quit being an aerospace machinist after ~15 years. Went back to school and now work in a hospital's IT dept. It is great and so glad I made the switch. I dont think you will ever get rid of the "I dont feel like doing this **** today" feeling but can be reduced, a lot.
