I get 160 hours at the beginning of the year, and I have to take all of it every year....
 We used to let people roll over vacation time, but when I got to 240 hours, the folks in charge got a little stressed. So now it's 'use it or lose it'...  Consequently, I'm off from Dec 21st to the end of the year...
