We get 3 personal days that are non transferable...

And anything banked has to be used begone Oct of following year or its gone!

My normal schedule is Mon-Wed and every other Thursday, normally during the year that is great plenty of days off, so I just cash out the max amount and save the rest for the end of the year. Usually I take my whole Bday week off just because I can.

That's what I do also, only challenge is that with an October birthday, it doesn't leave much time to use the rest.


Next year might be a little different. I'm moving in March, so there's a week there, then a Marine reunion in June, birthday in October, so that's 3 weeks accounted for. I need to schedule a trip to Austin to see JAR and bring the RJM adjustable pedal along, and maybe get a chance to meet the other forum members that call Austin home. I need a personal assistant.....
