I notice you never say anything about your arteries. The veins just take used (deoxygenated) blood back to the lungs and heart. The arteries are what provide fresh, oxygenated blood to all your muscles

I assume they are in good shape as you take good care of yourself

We bought a Christmas Tree last night. It is a very fresh noble fir approx 8' tall so it can fit in the den (instead of the high ceiling front living room). It smells divine
